邮件行文最重要的是逻辑和条理，这是一项需要长期学习训练的能力。 今天给大家分享一封给学员改的邮件吧。 01 学员提问 冰大，您之前在微信分享的实例，我大概提炼了一下英文版，麻烦指点指点： Yes,our price is higher than some suppliers.Meanwhile,I believe there are some  suppliers price will be higher than us,such as ,etc.. you also can ask them to  quote.Comparing with them,you will find our price is moderate. We specialize in xx field for more than 15 years.We are in TOP 10. All of our customers have high loyalty for us,their business getting better and  better after working with us.The following are some evaluations from our  different customers.You can have a look. So why our cost is higher than some suppliers? 1.Not only take price of material into account but also evaluate the strength of  our material suppliers.Such as quality,machine,leading time,etc..We need to pick  up the most suitable suppliers for materials.--Environmental inspect was very  strict in China last year,it leads to many factories were closed or cleaned for  many days.Did you get any delays from your current suppliers?We work like  usual,because our suppliers of material is picked up from one by one. 2.The research of market and development of new products: We will get the data of phone in advance to help our customers to hold the  market.Especially for iPhone and Samsung models.Those are costs. So what can you get after working with us? 1.Professional team for xx,help you to solve questions. 2.You will earn more and more.Your old customers will follow you because of  stable quality,good service better leading time and fast data. 3.You will be our VIP customers. 02 我的看法 这么说吧，跟一般业务员比起来，你的邮件算还可以。 但是跟港台最顶尖那批业务员比起来，我说实话，还是差远了。跟欧洲和美国那些进口 商的业务员比，那差距就更大。 根据你要表达的内容，我来简单重写一下，给你参考，也可以对照我的行文和思路，把 邮件提炼得更加简单和舒适，用词也可以更加地道。Dear xxx, Right, our price is higher than most of competitors. However, I do believe the  pricing is reasonable and moderate, whilst comparing apple to apple. 1- We are one of the top 10 manufacturers in this field, with more than 15  years experience. I will send you our vendor profile in detail with separate email. 2- We not only care about the quality, the price, the lead-time, but the social  & environmental responsibility as well. You will get emailed our factory audit  report in the following email. 3- The administration for the procedure is our advantage, which includes  material procurement, orders follow-up, quality control, inspection & loading  supervision handling, etc. I think a trial order will proof what I said. Best regards, Ice03 学员反馈 对比起来，发现自己说的太多。其实有时候不用解释的那么多是嘛？ 04 我的补充 关键是逻辑性和条理性。 你的邮件行文，还是有缺陷的，至少我作为 buyer，看到供应商这么给我写邮件，我会 认为这是严重的挑衅行为，这个供应商会被我列入黑名单。
